Amy helped lead a group of committed advocates in Illinois that recently achieved a policy breakthrough that has gained the attention of the transit industry across the US: a $1.5 billion funding and reform package that positions transit across the state for long term sustainability.

Amy will share the lessons learned and inside scoop on what it took to not only get to "yes," but to rethink transportation policy at the local and state level.
