Raphie torralba
Raphie Torralba (she/her) is a transportation policy analyst with 1000 Friends of Wisconsin. Based in Milwaukee, Raphie works with local partners to lead walk and roll audits and connect community members with the tools and resources needed to advocate for safer, more equitable transportation networks. She is also engaged in efforts to reimagine the multimodal future of the Interstate 794 corridor.
Though early in her transportation career, Raphie draws on a background in public health and community-based programming focused on environmental stewardship and health education, including some work on how transportation systems shape environmental conditions and access to daily needs.
