Kirsten Finn, Bike Fed Executive Director, left a career in arts administration to join the Wisconsin Bike Fed as Executive Director in 2019. As a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), Kirsten uses her fund development expertise to help Wisconsin communities, large and small, access State and Federal funding for planning, infrastructure and education projects. Kirsten serves on the Active Transportation Plan committee for WisDOT’s Vision 2050, as Governor Evers’ bicycle tourism appointee to the Nonmotorized Recreational and Transportation Trail Council, and on the Wisconsin Nondriver Advisory Committee.
